Traditionally made in Campania, Italy. This is a sensational form of Fresh Mozzarella at its best.
Bocconcini means "Little Mouthfuls", which indeed they are!

INGREDIENTS: Pasterurised Cow's Milk, Non-Animal Rennet, Culture and salt

CHEESE TYPE: Stretch-curd, soft Cheese.

SHAPE: Egg-shaped balls, each weighing approximately 55grams

TEXTURE: Soft, elastic, very moist and chewy

FAT CONTENT: 15% Min. Fat

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated at 4oC in its own brine. Replace liquid with cooled boiled water with a pinch of salt every for days. Once past expiry date, remove from liquid and dry on a plate in the fridge and use as a good melting cheese for cooking.
