FRESCO Baked Ricotta is variation of Fresh Ricotta, which has been further salted and then baked in the oven. Instead of the white open textured light fresh cheese by baking the ricotta the curd becomes yellow in colour, the texture becomes close and the flavour is slightly smokey.

INGREDIENTS: Pasterurised Cow's Milk, Food Acid and salt

CHEESE TYPE: Variable of Fresh Cheese.

SHAPE: Flat, round wheels.

TEXTURE:  Semi-soft cheese with textured edible rind.

FAT CONTENT: 15% Min. Fat

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated at 4oC

SHELF LIFE: Vacuum-packed for a period of four months, however, once opened should be consumed within two weeks.
