Fresco Mascarpone is an exquisite very soft cheese made from pure cream.
Orginally produced in Lombardia, in the area called Lodigiano, Mascarpone has become one of the famous cheese for desserts.
Mascarpone is essentially a dessert cheese but may be extensively used in both sweet and savoury recipes, especially as an exotic alternative for sour cream. It is exquisite on baked potatoes, crepes and grilled meats.

INGREDIENTS: Pasterurised Milk, Pure Cream and Food Acid

CHEESE TYPE: Fresh Cheese.

SHAPE: None.

TEXTURE:  Creamy.

FAT CONTENT: 50% Min. Fat

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated at 4oC.

SHELF LIFE: Three months. Many people do freeze this product, although it is not recommended the flavour does change slightly.

PACKAGING: Tubs of 250g, Tubs of 500g, Tub of 1kg.

TRANSPORTATION: Refrigerated Transportation only at 4oC maximum..
