FRESCO Fresh Mozzarella is a white stretch curd cheese, shaped into a long cylinder type log shape.
The most diverse dishes are prepared or embellished with Fresh Mozzarella, such as soups, pasta, meats, sauces, poultry, fish, desserts and pastries.

INGREDIENTS: Pasterurised Cow's Milk, Non-Animal Rennet, Culture, Peppercorns and salt

CHEESE TYPE: Stretch-curd, soft cheese.

SHAPE: Cylinderical log shape.

TEXTURE:   Soft, elastic, very moist and chewy.

FAT CONTENT: 15% Min. Fat

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated at 4oC. In cooled boiled water with a pinch of salt every four days. Once past expiry date, remove from liquid and dry on a plate in the fridge and use as a good melting cheese for cooking.

SHELF LIFE: One Month.

PACKAGING: Vacuum-packed aprox.  1.0kg.

TRANSPORTATION: Refrigerated Transportation only at 4oC maximum..
