Shipping and Delivery
At the moment Fresco delivery happens on the following schedule.
Delivery on Wednesday each week.
Delivery on Thursday and Friday each week.
In order to receive your order on your designated delivery days (Wednesday for Brisbane, Thur/Fri for the Gold Coast) please ensure your order is placed by 12pm the day prior to delivery.
Failure to do so will result in your order being delivered the following week. If your order is urgent you are welcome to come in-store and collect. We will refund you for any delivery charges incurred.
Returns and Refunds
Making sure our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products is extremely important to us. If you’re not happy with the quality of your products, contact us so we can make it right. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and a detailed explanation of your concerns. email@example.com

If a product is not quite right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment or gift card if this is not available.
In order to improve our service, we may ask for photos of any damaged or products with quality concerns so that we can pass these onto the relevant teams within Fresco Cheese to continually improve our service to you.
All Fresco Cheese products are made or packed locally in our Burleigh Heads factory. You can come visit us at The Cheesery next door to buy products in person.
Fresco sources milk from local QLD farms – meaning you’re buying products that are supporting QLD industry and agriculture.
