Fresco Cheese Announces the Inaugural Burleigh Cheese Festival
The event will bring artisan cheese tastings, local food, live music and family entertainment to 29 Leda

For over 39 years, Fresco Cheese has supplied premium artisan cheese to chefs, cafes and families
across Australia from its Burleigh Heads factory. The Burleigh Cheese Festival marks the first time the
Cheesery will open to the public for a dedicated community event, offering visitors the chance to taste
the cheese and meet the people behind it.

Why We're Hosting the Festival
Fresco Cheese supplies chefs, cafes, restaurants and retailers across Australia, but most of that work
happens behind the scenes, in the factory, the cool rooms and delivery vans headed out across the
region. The Burleigh Cheese Festival is an opportunity to bring that work into the open and celebrate it
with the community that has supported the business, from the chefs who use Fresco cheese in their
kitchens to the families who choose it at the supermarket.
